Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. The items ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse and generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days [note that larger items must ship via freight, adding time to the overall delivery]. In the event that any or all of your items require extra processing time, you will be notified via the contact information provided. The shipping method varies for each product and will be determined by the shipping warehouse. Shipping rates are provided during checkout.
Free Shipping
We will delivery your order of $99 or greater for free from Dock-to-Dock in the Continental United States.
In English this means that an extra fee will only be applied in the following situations:
--You live in a location outside of the continental US like Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico or are shipping to an APO or FPO location
--You order a large item (over 80 lbs. or odd sized) that must ship freight but you don't have a loading dock. The freight company then charges for a special truck with a lift gate
--You order a large item (over 80 lbs. or odd sized) that must ship freight AND you require that the item be delivered inside or above the first floor. Here again the trucking company charges an extra fee.  
Order Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing or calling Mono Machines customer service to make a cancellation request. Orders can be canceled if done so prior to shipment. If your order has already shipped (missed cancellation window), you may still return your order to Mono Machines by following the directions under the Returns & Replacements section below. We strongly recommend customers refrain from refusing delivery of unwanted orders, as they will be charged for both the outbound and return shipping charges associated with that order. These charges will be deducted from any order refund amount. We can not guarantee the final disposition of any orders where the customer or recipient has refused delivery.
Returns & Replacements
In the event that an item needs to be returned e.g. a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately to begin the return process.  All products are shipped directly from the distributor warehouse and ARE NOT shipped back to the Mono Machines business address. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please note that a 20% restocking fee may be charged for returned products.   Also note that Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer depending on the reason for the return.   Some items are non-returnable and are noted on their specific product page.  At this time, non-returnable items include but are not limited to SEM Hard Drive Crushers, Kobra Cyclones, FireKing built to order safes and file cabinets.  Please call us with any questions at 800.592.1306 or via the email provided on the contact page. Privacy & Security
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them , a description of information that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by writing to us at the above address. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us an e-mail at the above address or calling us at the above telephone number. 
With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

GSA Pricing Info
GSA pricing is reserved for Federal Government Customers/Entities only.  Mono Machines currently has a government contract with the US Federal Government and can only offer GSA pricing to federal government customers.  In order for our customers to receive GSA pricing we will need to confirm that you represent a government entity and should receive such pricing.  Please call us at 800.592.1306 or email solutions@monomachines.com with any questions.
