- What is the difference between this one and the one that just says 2604cc?
- The DestroyIt 2604cc 3/32" is a Security Level 4 machine. The DestroyIt 2604cc is a Security Level 3 Machine. The machines look and operate the same, but the 3/32" version shreds paper down to 3/32" x5/8" particles. This is roughly half the size of the security level 3 machine.

- My trusty 2402cc which is several years old at this point is again in need of repair (rocker switch and bag full switch acting up). I'd like to repair it as a back-up machine; are parts available; from where?
Suspect I need to replace it with a new machine at least equivalent. Would like to keep the same physical size (with console) and same or upgrade horsepower with at least the same or greater fineness of shred. What do you suggest? - Most parts can be purchased from Mono Machines. If a part is not available on our website, we will add them at your request then send you links so you can review before you purchase.
